Nilavelicondos cancellation policy is as follows;

- If you are booking online or over the phone you are to comply with the below cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival (1 week in April, June, July, August, December) you will be charged 50%
- If you cancel within 3-7 days of your arrival(7 – days in April, June, July, August, December) you will be charged 25%
- If you cancel within 7- 14 days of your arrival (14 – 21 days in April, June, July, August, December) you will be charged 10%.
- Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
